After graduating from the University of Pretoria, Miskyah entered the corporate world as a Human Resource Manager in the Retail Industry. Now, with 32 years’ experience in Management, 30 years’ experience in Recruitment, 23 years’ experience in Sales, and 5 years’ experience managing an IT Resource and Consulting company, Miskyah Toth is venturing into the IT Infrastructure Industry.
She has been passionately involved in SME Development for the past 14 years. In 2004 she was nominated as Nedbank Business Women of the Year and in the same year she won an International Award from Swisscontact for her business acumen.
She has hosted various radio programs over the last decade which focused on predominantly business-related matters. To give back to society, she heads an organisation called Woman for Change which has a vision to inspire and encourage women to reach their full potential and positively influence their own environments. She also founded the initiative Let’s Talk Business, focusing on the fundamentals of growing a successful establishment.
Margaux Moore graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2012 where she completed her B.Psych degree. With a keen interest in Psychology, she pursued her Honours and graduated in 2014. In the process of completing her Master’s degree, she entered the work force as a Recruitment Consultant at a IT Recruitment and Consulting company. After 15 months of being a recruitment consultant, she started working with and assisting the General Manager of said company. Whilst being exposed to the fundamental processes of a corporate company, she developed an interest in organisational structure and human resource management.
Michael Toth is a Recruitment Manager armed with almost a decade’s experience in IT as well as 5 years’ experience in the IT Recruitment Sector. Michael has plied his trade and honed in on his expertise as a Developer, IT Recruiter, & Operations Manager. Driven by his unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a desire to positively affect the lives of others, Michael studied Psychology & Philosophy and has worked, frequented and lived in over 25 countries. Through these endeavours he has developed a keen insight in working with and respecting individuals from every corner of the globe.
Munirah Sadien started as a receptionist nearly 20 years ago. Since then she has gained experience as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant and Logistics Operations Administrator. She was employed at an IT Resource and Consulting company, where she assisted in the recruitment process, as well as IR related issues. Later she was promoted to join the Operations team, were she was responsible for the logistics and management of 118 employees in the field.
